We offer FREE, confidential, 1-on-1, HUD certified housing counseling designed to help you find your path to homeownership. We will assess your current situation, help you create personalized goals, and support you through your entire journey until the keys to your new home are in your hands.
Our Housing Counseling Program is separate from our Property Development Program, so you do not need to buy a HOME, Inc. home to take part in our housing counseling. Pre-Purchase Counseling is open to anyone interested in learning what it takes to become a homeowner, no matter their income, living situation, credit score, age, etc.
Our HUD Certified Housing Counselors are here to help you feel supported and confident when it comes to being ready to purchase a home! We have been walking with people on their homeownership journey since 1967. No matter who you are or how impossible homeownership might feel - you can trust us to help you reach your goals!
Pre-Purchase Counseling May Include Things Like:
