Submitting multiple applications for the same home can delay the review process. Applying does not guarantee selection for the purchase of one of our homes. Due to the amount of interest in our homes, HOME Inc. employs a weighted, objective scoring system to evaluate applicants and ensure that homes are awarded based on both readiness and need.
