This is a list of our current available homes. You can apply to each home you are interested in. But please only apply to each home once. Submitting multiple applications for the same home can delay the review process. Applying does not guarantee selection for the purchase of one of our homes. Due to the amount of interest in our homes, HOME Inc. employs a weighted, objective scoring system to evaluate applicants and ensure that homes are awarded based on both readiness and need.

We build around 10-12 homes a year.

Homes tend to take around 9 months to complete construction.

 

Some eligibility requirements can vary from home to home, but ALL of our homes require you to be 80% AMI or under and meet the Gross Annual Household Income Requirement for the specific property.
