Coming together as a community is one of the integral parts of HOME, Inc.. When there is a need in the community, we collaborate, support, and advocate. And when we have the opportunity to celebrate the success, we do. Hunt for Housing is HOME, Inc.’s annual event where as neighbors and community members we come together for a night of fun, testimonials, games, and conversation.
The 3rd Annual Hunt for Housing is on October 20th, from 5-7:30. The event is at West End Architectural Salvage. If you have been to West End Salvage before, you know about all the treasures within the store, which makes it the ideal place to have a Hunt for Housing event. The evening will include food from Gusto pizza and Molly’s cupcakes, testimonials from HOME, Inc.’s staff, board, and clients, a celebration of Pam Carmichael’s 41 years at HOME, Inc., a wonderful auction, and chatter among HOME, Inc.’s friends and neighbors.
As we approach the third annual event, we reflect on all the past Hunt for Housing events. We started off strong with HOME, Inc. cookies, a skillful scavenger hunt, and lots of laughter. Last year, the virtual Hunt for Housing encompassed design tips from a HGTV persona, trivia, and another successful auction. We cannot wait to be back in person this year for yet another successful and fun event.
