- Why do you enjoy working at HOME, Inc.? I love working for a small company that has a passion for the work that they do. I truly believe the work that we do impacts the lives of the families that we serve. I am blessed to be able to work directly with families and help them thrive. I learn so much from them and admire their strength to overcome all barriers.
- What is the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received? Asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of strength. No one got to where they are today without help along the way. Don’t be afraid to ask, and then remember to return the favor.
- What is your favorite thing to do when you’re not working? I love eating cheese. But really I am a photographer on the side, so I love taking portraits of families and couples.
- What animal best describes your personality and why? I would describe myself like a dog. I am pretty social, loyal, and very empathetic. I am always thinking about how my actions affect humans around me and tend to put others before myself.

- What is the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received? Have a general career path in mind, build relationships along that path, and be willing to accept challenges even if it seems they may lead you down a different path. You never know where those may lead.
- What is your favorite thing to do when you’re not working? I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy spending time at the race track.
- What animal best describes your personality and why? Horse, I am a bit of a busy body, I can’t sit still for too long, there’s always something to do. I hold my family at the top of my priorities. I have a free spirit.
