The second annual Hunt for Housing is going virtual this year! On October 21 from 5:00-6:30 HOME, Inc. will be going live from West End Salvage with Don Short for a night of fun and support for HOME, Inc.!
Three videos produced by a Drake University student will be showcased, as well as a trivia scavenger hunt about HOME, Inc., and an online auction! The auction will include a variety of items from Des Moines area businesses and will be open until 8:00 pm after the event. Interior Designer Libby Langdon will also make an appearance to discuss easy design tips that you can implement into your home to bring it up a level! Although we will miss seeing your smiling faces in person, we are excited to bring a virtual event to our community!
We at HOME, Inc. know how difficult this year has been for our community and hope that our event will not only bond together those who we have helped out this year, but also the community as a whole. We have been fortunate enough to help many Iowans retain their housing during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and now we cannot wait to see the rest of our community band together in support of our organization.
Our favorite part of being located in Des Moines is being able to help out our neighbors, and we cannot wait to see you support our organization as well!
